Welcome to She Becomes, operated by Neely Schwab & Associates LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital products, live classes, and online membership community ("Services"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Our Services
She Becomes provides:
• Access to digital training content and live Zoom yoga sessions
• Membership to a private community of moms
• Tools for prenatal and postpartum support, including breathwork and pelvic floor recovery guidance
All services are delivered digitally via the GoHighLevel platform and Zoom.
3. Billing & Subscription Terms
• Recurring Billing: By enrolling in the She Becomes membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Free Trial: We offer a 2-week free trial for new members. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid membership and you will be charged $97/month.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime during the free trial to avoid being billed. After the trial, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on paid memberships, except:
• If you contacted us to cancel before your trial period ended, and were billed in errorIf a billing error occurred and we confirm it was our mistake

5. Health Disclaimer
All content, movement practices, and advice offered through She Becomes are intended for informational purposes only. We are not licensed medical professionals. Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially during or after pregnancy.
By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume all risks.
6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
We are committed to creating a supportive and respectful space. By joining She Becomes, you agree to:
• Be kind, supportive, and inclusive in the community
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or self-promotion
• Respect the confidentiality of other members’ shared experiences
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user who violates these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding provided through She Becomes are the property of Neely Schwab & Associates LLC. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Account Access & Termination
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access to any user who violates these Terms, misuses the content, or engages in conduct harmful to our community.
9. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Zoom to deliver content and process payments. By using our Services, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neely Schwab & Associates LLC will not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to misuse, injury during participation, service interruptions, or data loss.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida.
